My Story
I don’t teach what I haven’t lived.
I have walked through autoimmune illness.
I have known chronic stress.
I have learned what it means to rebuild trust with my own body.
Remission wasn’t accidental.
It came through understanding the stress–inflammation connection, processing stored emotional patterns, and learning to regulate my nervous system consistently.
That journey reshaped my life — and my work.
I now support others in doing the same.
