Born from a shared vision in early 2022, Root & Gather emerged when two passionate practitioners joined forces to create something extraordinary. Gillian and Emma's collaboration brings together ancient wisdom and modern wellness practices in a unique, nurturing environment.

In May, nature hums with quiet, fertile energy. The air is warmer, the earth soft beneath your feet, and every hillside and woodland awakens with vibrant green and the scent of early  blooming flowers. Rivers and lochs shimmer with spring light, inviting reflection and stillness. It’s a time when life feels tender yet strong, urging us to grow, root, and open gently to new possibilities. The world is abundant, and the rhythm of the season calls us to align with its steady, nourishing pulse — to breathe deeply, to notice the small joys, and to plant seeds that will flourish in the months ahead.
